Mr. Chen has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2017. He has been a General Partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm, since June 2013. Mr. Chen has served as a member of the board of directors of Chronosphere, a cloud native monitoring tool, since July 2019, Cato Networks, a network security company, since July 2016, and also serves on the board of directors of several other private companies. Mr. Chen previously served on the board of directors of Truera, a startup developing a machine learning model intelligence platform acquired by Snowflake in May 2024, from April 2019 to May 2024. Mr. Chen holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
